Essex Finch, who died in 1721, was the daughter of Anne Finch, Countess of Nottingham, and the second wife of Daniel Finch, 2nd Earl of Nottingham. Lady Mary Finch, the daughter of Anne Finch, Countess of Nottingham, was born in 1701 and died in 1761. Lady Mary Finch was the mother of Charles Watson-Wentworth, 2nd Marquess of Rockingham, who served as British Prime Minister from 1730 to 1782.
