Louise Dorsey Read

Louise Dorsey Read was an American woman born in 1792 and died in 1832. She was the mother of Louisa Gertrude Read Pierce, who lived from 1814 to 1840 and was married to Benjamin Kendrick Pierce, a United States Army officer who lived from 1790 to 1850. Benjamin Kendrick Pierce was the son of Benjamin Pierce, an American politician who lived from 1757 to 1839, and the brother of Franklin Pierce, who served as President of the United States from 1853 to 1857.
