Zhou Yuanqing

Zhou Yuanqing is the third younger brother of Zhou Yongkang. He has previously served as Deputy Town Mayor of Houqiao Town in Wuxi City, Director of the Economic and Technological Cooperation Office of Xishan District, and Deputy Director of the Land Bureau of Huishan District. His wife, Zhou Lingying, is a shareholder of Changlong Trading Co., Ltd. in Xishan City, a company involved in gas station operations. She also founded Wuxi Junfeng Agricultural Materials Development Co., Ltd., which sells fertilizers, pesticides, metal materials, fire protection facilities, and equipment. Their son, Zhou Feng, has invested in and established multiple companies based in Beijing, Dongguan, and other locations, with complex relations to companies associated with China National Petroleum Corporation. Zhou Feng illegally obtained cooperation and development rights for two oil and gas fields in Jilin Oilfield, illegally profiting 214 million yuan.
