Zhou Lingying (born 1951), a native of Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, is the wife of Zhou Yuanqing, the younger brother of Zhou Yongkang. She was arrested on suspicion of involvement in the 2013 China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) corruption case.
In 2013, following the downfall of Jiang Jiemin in the CNPC anti-corruption campaign, companies associated with CNPC also became entangled in the anti-corruption storm. Among them was Quinglai Hongfeng Potash Mine Co., Ltd., invested in by Beijing Honghan Investment Co., Ltd., which had related-party transactions with CNPC. Beijing Honghan Investment Co., Ltd. is actually controlled by Zhou Lingying. Media reports in September 2013 revealed that she was under investigation.
