Yang Sai

Yang Sai, born in 1986, graduated from Oxford Brookes University in the UK. In his early career he worked in several departments at Juli (Ju Li) Rigging Company, including production manufacturing, international marketing and equipment procurement. After a period of on-the-job training, he was promoted to assistant to the president of Juli Group Co., Ltd.

On February 16, 2012, Yang Sai was officially appointed vice president of Juli Rigging. He was mainly responsible for the company’s procurement operations and also oversaw marketing work for Liu Ling Zui Brewing Co., Ltd. While serving as vice president, he adjusted the dealer/agency policy, advanced the company’s sponsorship activities, and promoted a shift toward an “Internet+” marketing strategy. His term continued until December 2016.

Beyond his management work in the rigging business, Yang Sai has also played an important role at Liu Ling Zui Brewing Co., Ltd. In July 2017, in his capacity as the company’s president, he attended a signing ceremony with a strategic partner, confirming his important position in the company’s strategic development.

Regarding family relationships, Yang Sai is connected with Juli Group’s controlling shareholders and actual controllers — Yang Jianzhong, Yang Jianguo and Yang Zi, among others. Specifically, he is the son of vice chairman Yang Jianguo and company president Zhang Hong, a relationship that has a certain influence on the company’s shareholding structure and management. Yang Sai’s family background is closely related to his career development, and both his academic background and family ties have contributed to his career in corporate management and market strategy.
