Introduction
King Rongzhuang Zhu Youshu, the thirteenth son of Emperor Xianzong of the Ming Dynasty. His mother was Concubine Pan, known as Duanfei. He was born on January 22, 1486, and died on February 16, 1539, at the age of 53. In the fourth year of Hongzhi (1491), he was conferred the title of King of Rong. In the third year of Zhengde (1508), due to the interference of the powerful eunuch Liu Jin, he was further enfeoffed as the Marquis of Changde. He passed away in the eighteenth year of Jiajing (1539) and was posthumously titled King Rongzhuang. His son Zhu Houxun died early, and his grandson Zhu Zaijiang succeeded him as King Rong. Among the princes of the Ming Dynasty, he was the youngest in age; apart from the Taizu's sons, he held the lowest rank among founding princes. In terms of family, his primary eldest son was Prince Ronghuai, Zhu Houxun; his second son was Prince Funing, Zhu Houfou; his third son was Prince Huan, Zhu Hougui; his fourth son was Prince Yanchun, Zhu Houyi; his fifth son was Prince Fucheng, Zhu Houkeli; and his sixth son was Prince Guixi, Zhu Houshi.
