Introduction
King Rong Huai, Zhu Houxun (1503–1532), was the heir apparent of King Rong of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Youshu. He was enfeoffed as Crown Prince of Rong in the tenth year of the Zhengde Emperor's reign (1515). He died in the eleventh year of the Jiajing Emperor's reign (1532), and was posthumously titled Crown Prince Huai Mu. His tomb is located near Bailu Temple at the foot of Taiyang Mountain in Changde City, Hunan Province. His eldest son was Prince Gong of Rong, Zhu Zaizhu, who inherited the title of Prince of Rong and posthumously honored Zhu Houxun as King Rong Huai.
