Yang Xu

Yang Xu, born in China, has extensive experience in corporate management and leadership. Early in her career she served as vice president of Liulingzui Brewing Co., Ltd. and as senior vice president of Juli Group Co., Ltd. Her work has covered different corporate functional areas, allowing her to accumulate professional expertise in management and operations.

In July 2013, Yang Xu was elected a non-independent director of the seventh board of Juli Rigging Co., Ltd. Her service on the company’s board has advanced corporate governance and strategic planning. In August 2023 she left the board of Juli Rigging Co., Ltd. due to a position adjustment. In April 2025 she was again elected a non-independent director of the company’s sixth board and has continued to hold that post.

In management roles, Yang Xu currently serves as president of Hebei Juli Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. and as Executive President of Juli Group Co., Ltd. She plays an important role in agricultural technology and group strategy, driving the company’s development and innovation.

Regarding honors, Yang Xu has performed outstandingly in corporate management and has received awards such as the “March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetter” and “Outstanding Party Affairs Worker,” reflecting her contributions to business operations and party-building work.

In terms of family relationships, Yang Xu’s father, Yang Jianguo, is currently vice chairman and president of Juli Group Co., Ltd. Her family members have significant influence on the group’s corporate development.

Shareholding: as of May 2025, Yang Xu holds all equity in Hebei Juli Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. She also indirectly controls Baoding Juli Supply-and-Marketing Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. and is the ultimate beneficiary of multiple companies engaged in agricultural development and supply-chain management.

In business cooperation, Yang Xu’s partners include Yang Jiang, Yang Linfeng, and Yang Chao, with whom she has jointly promoted Juli Group’s development in the agricultural technology sector. Their collaboration has driven the company’s expansion and innovation in related industries.
