Yang Chao

Yang Chao was born in China; his education and exact birth date are not disclosed. Since 2014 he has been with Julì Rigging Co., Ltd., initially joining as a marketing department staff member and later serving successively as head of the engineering projects department, vice president, and other positions. Over the course of his career he progressed to become a company director and president. As of 2025, he also serves as executive director and manager of Hebei Juli Emergency Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., and as chairman of Juli Rigging (Henan) Co., Ltd., the latter established in 2021. He formerly served as the legal representative of Juli Rigging (Shenzhen) R&D Center, which has since been deregistered.

In corporate governance, Yang was elected a non-independent director of the seventh board at an interim shareholders’ meeting on November 24, 2022. His role in corporate governance has expanded over time: he concurrently holds senior-management positions in multiple companies and is listed as the ultimate beneficiary in six companies.
