Hachisuka Noriko (1771 – 1795) was a Japanese woman from the late Edo period. She was the second daughter of the 10th Lord of the Awa Tokushima Domain, Hachisuka Shigeyoshi, and the daughter of his concubine, Yanada Toki. There are no recorded details about her childhood name or other nicknames.

Birth and Family Background

Born in 1771 (the 8th year of Meiwa), she was the second daughter of Hachisuka Shigeyoshi, the 10th lord of the Awa Tokushima Domain, and his concubine Yanada Toki. Her siblings include Hachisuka Harumasa and Hachisuka Sachiko (who became the principal wife of Daigo Teruhisa).

Marriage and Spouse

She later became the primary wife of Imperial Court Counselor Takaidera Masahiro. There are no specific records indicating the year or exact date of their marriage.

Children

She bore several children with her husband. Her third daughter, Yoshiko (later Princess Kan'in Tomihito), was born in 1787 (the 7th year of Tenmei). Subsequently, in 1789 (the 1st year of Kansei), she gave birth to her eldest son, Takaidera Masamichi, as her child.

Death

In 1795 (the 7th year of Kansei), Hachisuka Noriko passed away.
