Xi Zhengning (1941 – November 27, 1998), also known as Xi Fuping, was a male Han Chinese from Fuping County, Shaanxi Province. He was a political figure in the People's Republic of China. He served as the Director of the Hainan Provincial Department of Justice and as the Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party. He was the eldest son of Xi Zhongxun and the half-brother of Xi Jinping and Xi Yuanypíng.
