Introduction
Li Dingguo was a figure during the Republic of China era, the second son of Li Diaosheng, who served as Executive Vice Minister of Finance in the Nationalist Government. His former wife was Lan Ni; after their divorce, she abandoned their children, including Li Zhenya. Lan Ni later became the mistress of Sun Ke and bore him an illegitimate daughter, Sun Suifen. Because of this connection, there were public misconceptions linking members of Li Dingguo’s family to Sun Yat-sen’s lineage. In reality, Li Dingguo himself and his original family had no blood relationship with Sun Yat-sen
