James Taylor

James Taylor, born in 1675 and deceased in 1729, is identified as the son of James Taylor who lived from 1608 to 1698. He is a member of a familial lineage that includes Zachary Taylor, the grandson of Richard Taylor and the president of the United States from 1849 to 1850, as well as Richard Taylor, who served as an officer in the American Revolutionary War from 1744 to 1829. Zachary Taylor is also the son of James Taylor and the grandfather of the U.S. president Zachary Taylor (1707–1768), establishing a genealogical connection among these individuals.
