Toshiyasu Iwasaki (born January 28, 1881 – October 16, 1930) was a Japanese businessman and the founder of Asahi Glass (currently AGC).

The following year, in 1907 (Meiji 40), he parted ways with Shimada and established Asahi Glass. Asahi Glass was the first company in Japan successfully manufacturing sheet glass.

After Toshiyasu's death, his widow Hachiho married Kōtarō Kondo’s fourth son, Hisao, becoming his adoptive mother.
Iwasaki Hisao later served as Executive Director of Mitsubishi Motors.
Among Toshiyasu’s grandchildren is Toshio Iwasaki, a venture capitalist active in the field of venture capital. Toshio is the eldest son of Hisao and Atsuko.
