Yoshiko Iwasaki

is the daughter of Toshiya Iwasaki, a Japanese businessperson who lived from 1881 to 1930. She is also the granddaughter of Iwasaki Yanosuke, a Japanese banker, and the great-granddaughter of Miwa Iwasaki, who lived from 1814 to 1900. Her lineage includes Iwasaki Yatarō, a Japanese industrialist and founder of Mitsubishi, who was the son of Miwa Iwasaki. Additionally, she is connected to Katō Haruji, the daughter of Iwasaki Yatarō, and her spouse is Katō Takaaki, a Japanese politician who lived from 1865 to 1926.
