He Haifeng

He Haifeng is a female, born in China. She formerly served as the Director of the Elderly Cadre Bureau in Xuhui District, Shanghai. Her mother, He Yi, was the daughter of a martyr and graduated from a higher education institution, primarily engaged in Party affairs. After He Yi's sacrifice, He Haifeng was raised and brought up by her siblings He Zizhen and He Minxue.

He Yi's family background is somewhat special. After her husband Mao Taqin's death, she remarried, and her children include He Haifeng, He Luxing, and He Chunsheng.
