Julian Balfour Strutt

Julian Balfour Strutt was the son of Evelyn Strutt, Baroness Rayleigh of Terling Place, who was the daughter of Lady Blanche Gascoyne-Cecil. Lady Blanche Gascoyne-Cecil was the mother of Arthur Balfour, a British Prime Minister, Conservative politician, and statesman. Evelyn Strutt, Baroness Rayleigh of Terling Place, was a British noblewoman who lived from 1846 to 1934. Arthur Balfour lived from 1848 to 1930.
