Mr. He Jinlei is currently the Vice President of China Development Bank Financial Co., Ltd. CDB Financial is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by the China Development Bank with approval from the State Council. It was founded in August 2009 with a registered capital of approximately 61 billion RMB, primarily engaged in investment and investment management activities.
Before joining CDB Financial, Mr. He Jinlei held positions at China Construction Bank, Southwest Securities, and the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From June 2005 to December 2009, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Beijing Bluebird Group; from December 2009 to December 2011, he was the Dean of Peking University Resources College. Since December 2011, he has been serving as Vice President of CDB Financial Co., Ltd.
Additionally, Mr. He Jinlei served as the President and Party Secretary of Peking University Resources College. It is reported that his wife and children currently reside in San Francisco, USA.
