André Canon

André Canon was an individual of Staten Island, and he is the father of Jean Canon, who was born in 1677 and died around October 7, 1746, or October 5, 1748. Jean Canon was the father of Hester Canon, born circa 1706, who was the mother of Lawrence Kortright. Lawrence Kortright, born approximately in 1728 and expected to have lived until before 1794, was the father of Elizabeth Monroe, who served as First Lady of the United States from 1817 to 1825. Elizabeth Monroe, daughter of Lawrence Kortright, was the wife of James Monroe, the fifth President of the United States.
