Sa Beina

Sara Beina, born in 1980, is a public figure from mainland China. Her father, Sha Shigu, and her mother, Deng Yajuan, both worked in the arts military service. Sha Shigu joined the Wuhan People's Art Theatre and starred in numerous plays, including "Central Plains Breakthrough," "Fires of Love and Hatred," and "Queen Wang Zhaojun." Her mother graduated from Shenyang Conservatory of Music. Her family background has had a certain influence on her artistic development.

Sara Beina grew up in a military compound and showed a strong interest in dance from an early age. During summer vacations, she attended dance training classes, actively learning dance and enjoying stage performances. She previously worked as a dance teacher and later engaged in administrative work for several years. In June 2013, Sara Beina participated in the televised talent show "Dance My Life," competing together with her elder brother Sha Bening in the semifinals under the name "Bang Bang Dance."

In her family, her elder brother Sha Bening was born on March 23, 1976, in Beijing. He is a university graduate and currently a host at China Central Television (CCTV). He has hosted programs such as "Legal Report." Sha Bening is renowned for his excellent hosting skills and artistic literacy, earning the nickname "CCTV's Pavarotti," and is also known as the "Prince of Variety Shows."

The name change of Sara Beina is related to her family’s growth experiences. To synchronize with her brother, Sha Bening, originally named "Sha Ning," changed his name to "Sha Bening."
