Deng Zhuoyue is the granddaughter of former Chairman of the Central Military Commission, Deng Xiaoping.

At the age of 16, she went to the United States for high school and later studied psychology at Wellesley College in Boston.

In 2003, she returned to China after completing her studies abroad and introduced mature international charity models, founding Beijing Zhuoya Qinghe Public Relations Consulting Co., Ltd.

In 2010, Deng Zhuoyue gave birth to Feng Ran, the first fourth-generation great-grandchild of the Deng Xiaoping family.

That same year, she collaborated with overseas Chinese Hong Yiting and the China Charity Federation to launch the 'Charity Carnival' philanthropic event.

Starting in 2011, the event has been hosted by the China Welfare Fund for the Disabled and is held annually on the eve of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, generating significant social impact.
