Anne Delaval, who died in 1765, was the mother of Sir Ralph Milbanke, 5th Baronet, a British Member of Parliament who died in 1798. Sir Ralph Milbanke, in turn, was the father of Elizabeth Lamb, Viscountess Melbourne. Elizabeth Lamb was the mother of William Lamb, 2nd Viscount Melbourne, a British politician who lived from 1779 to 1848.
