Georgiana Byng, who died in 1801, was the first wife of John Russell, the 6th Duke of Bedford, and the daughter of George Byng, the 4th Viscount Torrington, and Lady Lucy Boyle. She was the mother of John Russell, the 1st Earl Russell, who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1846 to 1852 and from 1865 to 1866.
