Zhu Linxiuqin

Zhu Lin Xiuqin is a Malaysian who, as of 2024, serves as chairperson and co‑founder of Xiao'en Group. Her career has mainly involved funeral services, cultural education, and real estate development.

After her spouse passed away, Zhu Lin Xiuqin took over as chairperson of Xiao'en Group. Under her leadership the company grew into an important player in the industry. In 2022 she led the completion of an 18‑storey columbarium called Heguang Pavilion, a project that blends elements of Chinese philosophy with modern design and aims to provide environmentally friendly, land‑saving funeral services.

In philanthropy, Zhu serves as chair of the Xiao'en Cultural Foundation and as chairperson of Xiao'en Group. She actively promotes life education and social welfare. Zhu Lin Xiuqin has said that astrological compatibility influenced her support for the marriage and that she took an active role in the wedding preparations. Hu Jing won her favor at the wedding through traditional rituals such as the tea ceremony. Zhu Lin Xiuqin has also reportedly opposed a romantic relationship between Zhu Zhaoxiang and Michelle Yeoh (Yang Ziqiong) for reasons related to zodiac compatibility.
