Ichijō Sane-michi (1773 – 1843), born in the first year of Kyōwa (1801) and died in the 14th year of Tenpō (1843), was a court noble of the late Edo period, the eldest son of the Minister of Left, Ichijō Tadakazu. He was the 21st head of the Ichijō family, holding the court rank of Junior Third Rank and the position of Kayōchūnagon.
His life and career are as follows. In the first year of Kyōwa (1801), he came of age and was appointed to the position of Sakonoe-gon Shōshō. Later that same year, he was promoted to Junior Fourth Rank Lower Grade and appointed as Sakone-gon Chūjō. In 1802, he was elevated to the Senior Fourth Rank Lower Grade. On February 19, 1803 (April 10, Gregorian calendar), he was promoted to Junior Third Rank, joining the ranks of the high courtiers.
In the first year of Bunka (1804), he was appointed to the position of Kujō Chūnagon and also served as Seitōdai, but the following year, at the age of 18, he died of illness. Following his death, his younger brother, Ichijō Tadayuki, became his adopted heir and succeeded the family headship.
Regarding his family and lineage, his father was Ichijō Tadakazu (1774–1837). No information is available about his mother. His marriage partner is also unknown; however, he had an adopted son, Tadayuki. Tadayuki was the fourth son of Ichijō Tadakazu, born in 1812 and died in 1863.
