Introduction
Zhu Xinglong was born in 1307 and died in 1344. He was the eldest brother of Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty. His original name was Zhu Chongsi. His father was Zhu Shizhen, and his mother was Mrs. Chen. In the fourth year of the Zhizheng era (1344) of the Yuan Dynasty, a severe drought occurred, leading to the successive deaths of his parents. Zhu Xinglong also died in the same year. His wife was Mrs. Wang, and he had a son, Zhu Wenzheng, a prince of Shanyang, as well as a daughter, Princess Fucheng. During Zhu Yuanzhang's participation in the Red Turban Army, Mrs. Wang escaped with her son Zhu Wenzheng to seek refuge, later arriving at Zhu Yuanzhang's doorstep. Zhu Yuanzhang took great care of Zhu Wenzheng, treating him as his own. After the founding of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Xinglong was posthumously titled King of Yuzhang, and his title was later changed to King of Nanchang.
