Introduction
Liu Yun, born in 1984 and a native of Hunan, was selected into a sports school in 1989 to study artistic gymnastics. In 1991, Guangzhou Dance Academy went to Changsha to select students, and benefiting from her strong foundation in artistic gymnastics, Liu Yun was admitted to the Youth Dance Troupe of Guangzhou Dance Academy as a special recruit, receiving four years of professional training in ethnic dance.
