Lady Julia Child-Villiers was the daughter of Julia Child-Villiers, Countess of Jersey, and Robert Peel, a former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom who served from 1834 to 1835 and from 1841 to 1846. Julia Child-Villiers, Countess of Jersey, was born in 1821 and died in 1893; she was the daughter of Sir Robert Peel, was the former wife of George Augustus Frederick Child-Villiers, the 6th Earl of Jersey, and later married Charles Brandling. Lady Julia Child-Villiers herself lived from 1842 to 1921.
