Ann Eliza Harlan was an American Civil War nurse born in 1824 and died in 1884. She was the wife of Iowa senator James Harlan. Her daughter, Mary Eunice Harlan, was married to Robert Todd Lincoln, the son of President Abraham Lincoln. Robert Todd Lincoln served as a Union Army officer, U.S. ambassador, and Secretary of War, and lived from 1846 to 1937.
