Catherine Gibbon

Catherine Gibbon (1735–1804) was a notable figure connected to British political and peerage families. She was the mother of Catherine Elliston, who in turn was the mother of Edward James Eliot, a British politician active from 1758 to 1797. Edward James Eliot was married to Lady Harriet Pitt, the daughter of William Pitt, 1st Earl of Chatham, who served as Prime Minister of Great Britain from 1766 to 1768.
