Ceng Qinghuai

Zeng Qinghuai (born February 21, 1941), nicknamed Aliu, male, from Shanghai, with ancestral roots in Jiyang, Jiangxi. He is a Chinese political figure who has served as the Special Inspector of the Ministry of Culture of China, Vice Chairman of the Chinese National Promotion Association, and Cultural Attaché to Hong Kong. He is a prominent "cultural tycoon" active in China, responsible for planning many large-scale Chinese cultural galas and artistic events.
