Yoshie Murayama (born October 28, 1924) is a Japanese individual and the wife of Prime Minister Tomiichi Murayama. Her hometown is Oita Prefecture.

Her biography is as follows: she hails from Oita Prefecture and served as a military nurse during World War II. After the war, she worked at Oita Kyosai Hospital (now Oita Red Cross Hospital), where she served as head nurse. She met Tomiichi Murayama when he first ran for the Oita City Council in 1953; he sought her support for his election campaign, and they married later that same year.

After marriage, she resigned from her nursing job following Murayama’s election victory and transitioned to managing the staff cafeteria at the Oita Prefectural Office. She also served as a health and hygiene instructor at an industrial high school. Later, at the age of 62, she was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and underwent surgery.

During the period when Tomiichi Murayama served as Prime Minister from June 30, 1994, to January 11, 1996, her role as First Lady was undertaken by their second daughter, Yuri.

In 2024, she celebrated her 100th birthday along with her husband. The following year, on October 17, 2025, her husband Tomiichi passed away due to natural causes.
