Frances Oldfield

Frances Oldfield, born in 1935, is the daughter of Lady Kathleen Balfour, who was the daughter of Gerald Balfour, the 2nd Earl of Balfour. Gerald Balfour, who lived from 1853 to 1945, was a British politician and the son of Lady Blanche Gascoyne-Cecil, who died in 1872. Arthur Balfour, a British Prime Minister, Conservative politician, and statesman, was also a son of Lady Blanche Gascoyne-Cecil.
