Shiou Chieh-kai

Xiu Jiekai, born on June 9, 1980, is a Taiwanese actor. His acting career officially began in 2002 with his first television drama, "Ming Yang Si Hai," which marked his entry into the entertainment industry. There are no detailed publicly available records about his educational background.
