In 2012, she appeared in 38 shows during spring and summer fashion weeks, becoming one of the few Asian supermodels featured on the international scene, favored by leading brands such as Gucci, Burberry, and Vera Wang. In November of that year, she walked in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, becoming the third Asian supermodel to do so. During the winter season, she participated in 35 shows, including those by Chanel, Christian Dior, and Versace. That year, she also received the Phoenix Fashion Choice Fashion Leader Award.
In 2013, Qin Shupei participated in the Shanghai Motor Show and continued to appear on the runways of fashion weeks in New York, Shanghai, and Paris. That same year, she attended the Tommy Hilfiger 30th Anniversary Red Carpet Show and the fifth anniversary celebration of "Starlit Shanghai" Huayi Elle Night.
During this period, she also actively participated in various variety shows, including the 2016 online variety program "Oi! So Beautiful" and shows like "Angel's Road" and "Transformers" from 2017 to 2019. In her personal life, she married Zhao Lei, the chief manager of Huayi Brothers Fashion Culture Media, in 2012 but divorced in 2016. In 2017, she married Edison Chen and has a daughter with him.
Throughout her career, Qin Shupei has received numerous awards, including the 2010 Elle Fashion Gala's Fashion Supermodel of the Year, the 2011 Elle Fashion Gala International Supermodel Newcomer Award, and the 2012 Phoenix Fashion Choice Fashion Leader Award.
