Introduction
Yu Yiping, male, is a member of the Canada-China Chamber of Commerce and holds an Economic and Technology Expert Certificate issued by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of China. Since 1993, he has been engaged in international investment and corporate management.
Yu Yiping has held various positions in both international and domestic organizations, including Managing Director of Jintong Asset Management Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong, Managing Director of China Investment Fund Company Limited, Chairman of GMR Trading International (Group) Corporation in Canada, and General Manager of Fortune House Investment Partnership Co. in Canada.
He also served as the representative and business manager of Glencore International AG’s Hong Kong and Beijing offices, and as a director of Hualexingyuan Property Management Co., Ltd., gaining extensive business and management experience.
Currently, Yu Yiping serves as an independent director of the fourth board of Xinjiang Hops Co., Ltd., overseeing corporate governance and strategic advisory matters. His wife is Deng Xianqun, sister of Deng Xiaoping, and his daughter Li Xiaobing is the Chairwoman of Qingcheng Golf Club.
