Frances Parke Custis

Frances Parke Custis, born in 1687 and deceased in 1715, was the mother of Daniel Parke Custis, an American planter and politician. Daniel Parke Custis was the father of John Parke Custis, who was also involved in politics and lived from 1754 to 1781. The lineage continues through William Truman Jr., born in Virginia around 1783 and died approximately in 1863 in Kentucky, who was the father of Anderson Shipp Truman. Anderson Shipp Truman, living from 1816 to 1887, was the father of John Anderson Truman (1851–1914). The ancestry extends to Harry S. Truman, born in 1884 and serving as President of the United States from 1945 to 1953, as the son of John Anderson Truman.
