- In 2007 Wei Ziming began attending Beijing No. 55 Middle School, and on June 28, 2013, he completed his high school studies with excellent results and received his diploma. His mother, Wei Wei, attended that year’s senior graduation ceremony as a parent representative.
- In 2013 Wei Ziming was admitted to the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Peking University.

- In 2018 Wei Ziming collaborated with Rootpop to launch a vegan food festival called “Pop Plant Based.” The event attracted over 100 vendors and more than 20 media partners, with attendance reaching 10,000, and was regarded as one of the largest vegan events in China’s history.
- In the same year he founded The Winterflower Group, an international elite organization aimed at “connecting the international leaders of the future,” intended to promote international exchange and cooperation.
- In November 2019 he served as a deputy editor in the UK Cabinet.
- In January 2020 he worked as a legal assistant in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at Baker McKenzie.

- In 2020 Wei Ziming received the Everyday Young Hero award and was made a Life Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society as well as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
