Luo Yingyi

Wendy Luo Yingyi (born 1980 in Hong Kong) is the daughter of Luo Jiabao, chairman of the Bai Le Group, and an heir to the Luo family’s knitwear business. Her father is a well-known entrepreneur with influence in Hong Kong’s business community. Wendy grew up in a wealthy family—the family founded Luo Knitwear and the Bossini brand—and was raised in an affluent environment.

Wendy studied law at the University of London and earned a Bachelor of Laws degree. Influenced by her family, she received elite sports training early in life, including skiing and horseback riding, which helped cultivate her confidence and independence. She has loved traveling since childhood, visiting Europe and Japan with her family, and particularly enjoys diving trips to Africa to experience different cultures and environments.

After graduation, with her father's support she invested in and opened the Mocca shoe retail chain, becoming an entrepreneur in that industry. She actively expanded store locations and plans to grow the business in the Chinese market by 2028, even considering an initial public offering.
