Introduction
Ma Hongmei was born into an artistic family in Henan Province. Later, she moved to Xinjiang with her parents. In her early years, she was active on stage and television under the stage name Ma Ma Ti Hong Mei. Her exact date of birth is not known, but she demonstrated exceptional artistic talent from her teenage years. At age 14, she joined the Green Army Camp and participated in performances as an amateur dancer. During an entertainment event, when a comic actor suddenly became ill, Ma Hongmei temporarily replaced the actor, playing the role of a female soldier. This performance incorporated her military experience, attracted the attention of leaders, and showcased her potential in performing arts.
In 1993, Ma Hongmei first entered the public eye at the CCTV Changzhi Eternal Night Gala with her sketch "Little Nanny."
