Erica Chui Wing Kwan

Xu Yingkun, born in 1988 in Hong Kong, moved with her family to Vancouver, Canada at the age of seven. She is the daughter of Xu Shaoqiang and his former partner Snow Pear. Her parents supported her participation in competitions and encouraged her to approach competition with a calm, ordinary mindset.

On December 7, 2011, Xu Yingkun participated in the Vancouver Chinese Miss pageant, became contestant No. 5, won the finals, and received the Sennia Elegant Posture Award, the JCY Pearl Garden Gorgeous and Elegant Temperament Award, and the ShanShan Beauty Perfect Skin Award. On January 1, 2012, she represented Vancouver to Hong Kong to participate in the 2012 Miss Chinese International pageant organized by TVB, becoming contestant No. 19 and was regarded as a frontrunner at the start of the competition.

In September 2024, Xu Yingkun published a memorial post for her father Xu Shaoqiang, expressing gratitude for the concern and hoping the public would give the family space to handle related matters.
