Introduction
Rong Jiaxin, aged 49, has over 25 years of experience in asset management and banking.
She previously served as Head of Client Relations for the Asia-Pacific region at Allspring Global Investments (Hong Kong) Limited, formerly known as Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM), where she led the sales and relationship management teams across Asia-Pacific excluding Japan.
Before joining WFAM, she was Vice President and Senior Manager of Commercial Banking at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with honors from Harvard University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), as well as a member of both the CFA Institute and the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts.
On December 7, 2023, she was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee of Tai Ping Carpets International Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code: 146).
She is the daughter of Rong Zhiquan, the sister of Rong Kangxin, and the granddaughter of the late Rong Hongqing. She has no relationship with any other directors, senior management, or major or controlling shareholders of the company.
