Sarah Tomlins, who died in 1709, was the mother of Charles Jenkinson, 1st Earl of Liverpool, a British politician who lived from 1693 to 1750. Her son Charles Jenkinson was the father of Robert Jenkinson, 2nd Earl of Liverpool, who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1812 to 1827.
