Jerusha Leland

Jerusha Leland, born around February 1710 or 1711 in Sherborn, Massachusetts, is the daughter of Hannah Learned. She is part of a lineage that includes Thankful Powers, the daughter of Hannah Learned, and Reverend Lemuel Powers, her son. Reverend Lemuel Powers, born in 1756 and presumed to have died around 1800, was the father of Abigail Fillmore, who married Millard Fillmore, the President of the United States from 1850 to 1853, and served as First Lady during that period.
