Pan Changyong

This individual's professional experience mainly involves production work in the film and television industry. Early on they accumulated production experience by participating in projects with Pan Changjiang. In 2008 they served for the first time as executive producer and producer on the TV drama Clear Waters, Blue Skies, which aired in CCTV-1’s prime-time slot and competed in ratings with Country Love 2. Through producing works such as The Capable Man Feng Tiangui and The Donkey County Magistrate, the individual gradually established a complete production workflow system covering script development, shooting, post-production, and promotion/distribution.

In 2010, while serving as producer of The Capable Man Feng Tiangui, they organized the crew to complete filming in Mudanjiang; that drama focused on the living conditions of migrant workers and was selected for broadcast in CCTV-1’s prime-time lineup. By 2015 they were the producer of the Donkey County Magistrate film series, overseeing the production of nine action-comedy films; the entire project was shot at Xiangshan Film City with a two-month shooting schedule. This series marked Pan Changjiang’s first time writing, directing, and starring in the films.

During production of Clear Waters, Blue Skies 2, the individual set an innovative direction with an environmental-protection theme and incorporated fashion elements to break the traditional mold of northeastern rural dramas. The sequel retained the original production team, preserved regional dialect features while enhancing Mandarin accessibility, and formed a distinctive comedic narrative style. Their production work demonstrates full-process control from script development to promotion and distribution, emphasizing the combination of content innovation and artistic expression.
