Introduction
Hisashi Nakamura (born May 23, 1912 – October 21, 2002) was a Japanese businessman and audio engineering technologist.
He was the second son of Viscount Kuno Kuranosuke. His family lineage includes notable figures such as Tanaka Tanehisa (the 6th lord of Chikugo-Mitsuke Domain) and Eiichi Shibusawa (a bureaucrat and industrialist).
Nakamura graduated from the Physics Department of Kyoto Imperial University in 1938. Afterward, he joined Victor Company of Japan, and following World War II, served as president of Fuji Audio Industries and Sunwave Industry.
In his military career, he served as a Major and Engineer of the Army and worked at the Army Arsenal Research Institute.
His family structure is as follows: his father was Viscount Kuno Kuranosuke; details about his mother are not recorded. His wife was Taeko, daughter of Nakamura Kaneyuki. His first son is Yuichi, and his eldest daughter is Kumiko, who is the wife of politician Ryuutaro Hashimoto. His grandson is politician Gaku Hashimoto.
His step-grandfather was Nakamura Yujiro (Lieutenant General and politician); also included are Yoshiro Sakadani (former Minister of Finance and Mayor of Tokyo) and other ancestors such as Rourou Sakadani (a scholar of Chinese studies) and Eiichi Shibusawa.
Additionally, Nakamura co-authored a publication in 1948 titled "Latest American-Style Radio Wiring Diagrams, Vol. 1," with the Technical Department of Soku-shobo.
Materials concerning his family lineage reference texts such as "Kashukai-kan Noble Family Genealogy" and "Heisei New and Old Noble Family Genealogy."
