Mary Chesebrough Sheldon

Mary Chesebrough Sheldon (1761–1846) was an individual whose descendants include Asa Lord Sheldon (1781–1869), James Henry Sheldon (1816–1871), and Mary Cornelia Sheldon (1842–1908). Mary Chesebrough Sheldon was the mother of Asa Lord Sheldon, and her lineage continues through subsequent generations, ultimately connecting to John Sheldon Doud (1870–1951), a meatpacking executive, and his descendants, including Mamie Eisenhower, First Lady of the United States from 1953 to 1961, wife of President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
