William Palmer, Viscount Wolmer

William Palmer, Viscount Wolmer, was the son of Roundell Palmer, 3rd Earl of Selborne, and the grandson of Maud Palmer, Countess of Selborne. His great-grandfather was Robert Gascoyne-Cecil, 3rd Marquess of Salisbury. William Palmer lived from 1912 to 1942, and his father, Roundell Palmer, was a British politician who served from 1887 to 1971. His grandmother, Maud Palmer, was a British political and women's rights activist.
