Introduction
Yan Zheng, born in 1967 in New York City, USA, to parents from Taiwan, China, has been living in the United States. He has had a strong interest in music from a young age.
In 1990, he returned to Taipei from New York and joined Zhao Chuan's band "Red Cross" Music Studio as a guitarist, participating in performances related to the Asian Games at the Beijing Workers' Gymnasium. That same year, he also served as a guitarist in Huang Dawei's band and assisted Huang Dawei in releasing his second solo album, "Let Everyone Be Heartbroken."
The following year, Yan Zheng joined Qi Qin's "Rainbow" Studio as a guitarist. In 1992, he signed with the Japanese company PONY CANYON and formed the band He Yue Zhui Feng. Subsequently, on April 10, 1993, he released his first album, "He Yue Zhui Feng," and compiled the album "Ignite the Fire of Life," laying the foundation for his music career.

In 1998, Yan Zheng invested in building Oasis Recording Studio. By 2000, he founded Shuanghuo Music Ltd., focusing on post-production mixing and music production, providing services for artists such as Pan Meichen, Chen Mingzhen, and the Reincarnation Band. The company also created music for well-known artists including Andy Lau, Xiao Yaxuan, Lin Zhiying, Lin Xiaopei, and Kong Lingqi.
In 2005, he contributed to the production of charity theme songs such as "Mother Water Cellar." In 2006, he completed the theme song "I Love Peking Opera" for the TV drama "Fenmuo Wanghou." In 2007, he released his personal album "Rebirth." In 2009, he made his appearance on Guangdong Television's music variety show "Le Pai Le Gao," showcasing his diverse musical talents.
On February 13, 2017, Yan Zheng released the song "I Love Peking Opera."
Regarding his personal life, Yan Zheng was married to Canadian-born actress Zhong Liti in August 2004 in Canada. The couple welcomed their daughter Jaden in Beijing in 2008 and a second daughter, Cayla, in 2010. In 2011, they announced their divorce. Zhong Liti has stated that the main reason for the divorce was pressure, unrelated to a third party.
