Introduction
King Jingjian Zhu Youshuan was born on March 31, 1485, and died on July 10, 1537. He was the twelfth son of Emperor Xianzong of Ming, and his mother was Consort Gong Yang. In the fourth year of Hongzhi (1491), he was granted the title of King of Jing. In the fifteenth year of Hongzhi (1502), he was granted a fief in Yizhou. He passed away in the sixteenth year of Jiajing (1537), and was posthumously titled King Jingjian. His son died early without being granted a noble title, and the Jing kingdom title was subsequently abolished. His queen was Lady Cao, born on August 28, 1484, and died on August 26, 1530. She was the eldest daughter of Commander Cao Xuan of the Eastern City Militia and Lady Zhuang.
